Closing Lunch

On Saturday the 27th, once the congress has finished, there will be a closing lunch at the Casa Fuster Masia Sant Cugat, a splendid manor house built in 1800 in the town of Sant Cugat del Vallés.

Menu

Starters (served at the table)

  • Iberian ham with crystal bread with tomato
  • Mango salad with salmon, avocado and lime
  • Grilled eggs with foie and a Pedro Ximénez reduction
  • Clams a la marinera with prawns and vodka
  • Baby broad beans with cod and Romesco sauce

Second course (choose from)

  • Cod Confit Manresana with plums, pine nuts and flame grilled aubergine pil pil
  • Roast beef ingot in ‘rancio’ wine with assorted mushrooms and rosemary sweet potato puree
  • Beef Picaña "sous vide" in Paris café sauce with potato fondant.

Dessert (choose from)

  • Home-made Brownie with hot chocolate and vanilla ice cream
  • Seasonal fruit mousse with crumble and lemon meringue
