BASF: Director of communication, institutional relations and sustainability
Xavier Ribera is Director of Communication, Institutional Relations and Sustainability at BASF in Spain and Portugal. He is part of the Management Committee of the BASF Group in Iberia.
His last responsibility has been as Director of Communication in the Chemical Business Association of Tarragona (AEQT). Previously, he worked as Director of Communication at the Gimnàstic Football Club of Tarragona.
Xavier has a degree in Journalism from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and a master's degree in Corporate Communication from the UPF Barcelona School of Management.
In addition to his responsibilities at BASF, he is a member of the advisory council of the Business Federation of the Spanish Chemical Industry and of the CSR.
