La Fageda: President & Founder
He holds a degree in Clinical Psychology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, where he specialized in occupational therapy. He believes that work can be a key element in the rehabilitation of mental health patients. With this purpose, in 1982, he founded the cooperative La Fageda SCCL for dairy products at Mas Els Casals (Olot), aiming to care for individuals with intellectual disabilities and chronic mental illnesses in the Garrotxa region. In recognition of his contributions, he was awarded the Cross of St. George in 2009 and the Lluís Companys Memorial Award from the Josep Irla Foundation in 2010.
