BBVA: Diversity manager
Currently responsible for Diversity at BBVA, and president of REDI (Business Network for Diversity and LGTBI Inclusion), she fights for the visibility of lesbian women in senior management.
With a degree in Law from the Antonio de Nebrija University and a master's degree in Information Security from the Camilo José Cela University, Ízaro began his professional career working in the field of security. After passing through Prosegur, she joined BBVA in 2012 as director of security in the BBVA Spain Security team, a position she held for the next six years. Her concern for people and talent management lead her to train in this area as a systemic coach, specializing in cultural transformation. In 2018, with the appearance of the Diversity and Inclusion area in the bank, he became part of the BBVA Group's Talent and Culture team to lead the Be Yourself intrapreneurship initiative. Since then, he has combined his work as leader of the LGTBIQ+ program with projects that have to do with people, leadership and corporate culture. Currently, she holds the position of president of REDI (Business Network for Diversity and LGBTI Inclusion).
